Costume room osrs is a piece of furniture found in player-owned houses that allows players to store their completed armour sets and some other items. The construction level required to build this item is level 42 and it costs 50,000 gold to build. The player may only build one Costume Room. The Costume Room, like all other pieces of storage furniture, can be made as a flatpack and purchased from other players (even though the player needs to have a Construction level higher than that level needed to build it from raw materials).
The biggest drawback to the Costume Room is that the items stored in it must be complete sets. This means that you can’t store only a mime mask or your Zamorak kiteshield – you must store the full outfit. It is also not possible to withdraw an incomplete set from the Costume Room, but it can be re-deposited into the room once all of its parts have been obtained.
In addition to storing armour sets, the Costume Room can also store treasure trail rewards and random event items (except partyhats). It can even hold some non-tradeable holiday items.
Players can move the Costume Room or any other pieces of furniture that store items at any time for free by entering building mode and selecting the desired piece of furniture to be moved. This process can be done while the Costume Room or pieces of furniture are still storing items in it, but the player will not be able to access those items until new ones have been stored into it. The Costume Room can also be relocated to another spot in the same house, but this will cost the original cost of the building.
